Fourth of July is two events joined by a move at dusk, and the move is what fails. The group that names one departure time and one meeting point before the food goes out arrives together; the one that decides at 8pm loses half its people. Ice is the other one: the rule of thumb is a pound per person and it is always short, because the first bag goes into drinks and the second into keeping food cold.
